Unfortunately there is no demo for the Mac version of the game that I can find, so I can't see if it would have the same problem. It's possible that Mahjong game was just badly made, or has a problem with my particular video card, but who knows. So I'm a little leery about running any 3D app on this iMac that might stress the video card. It's not worth risking a video card burnout in an iMac, where you can't replace the video card easily. I checked internal temperature with iStat and the video card was over 90☌! I never ran that game again. You should be able to find out what your video card is by clicking the Apple logo in the upper left of your screen, then 'About this Mac,' then 'More info.,' then check the Graphics listing in the Hardware section.
